Log inKS1 Tag Rugby Festival
On Thursday 28th September 2023, seven very excited Year 1 and 2 pupils represented the school for the very first time! The pupils attended the first KS1 Sports Festival - Tag Rugby. These festivals have been introduced this academic year to encourage the younger pupils to try a new sport and compete alongside children from other local primary schools.
Our pupils took part in tag rugby themed activity stations where they learnt to throw the rugby ball accurately; play tag rugby stuck in the mud; use their speed and agility to defeat the rugby slalom course and play tag rugby dodge the defender.
Our pupils had a fantastic time and came away with big smiles on their faces. Well done to all involved.
