The Youth Sport Trust (YST) have developed free PE resources for lockdown to support in-school teachers and home-schooling parents or carers of primary school children.
Mrs Cook has handpicked a selection of the game based resources on offer. Some of the games can be played with other members of your household and some can be played individually so you/your family should choose one which is appropriate to your household. Each game below has a set of instructions and a demonstration video. If you want to adapt any of the games by changing any of the rules that is fine. Have fun!
