Log inU11 Quadkids Athletics
On Thursday 27th June 2024, seventeen pupils from years 5 and 6 represented the school at the GVTSSP U11 Quadkids Athletics Competition.
There were 13 teams from across six schools within the Partnership (GVTSSP) who took part in the Quadkids Athletics Competition. Each pupil competed in a sprint race (75m), a 600m run, a standing long jump and a vortex howler throw. The pupils from Abbot's Hall competed with great determination and resilience. Lots of support was given for the 600m - a long and hard race. No doubt the least favourite event by many.
Competition was strong and all pupils, from all schools, gave it their all. Abbot's Team 1 came third on the day narrowly missing out. There were five points separately the top three teams. Abbot's Team 2 came ninth on the day. A huge well done to everyone involved. BTBTYCB!
