You will need:
- a hockey stick/broom or equivalent
- a clear space to attempt the challenge
- timer/watch
How to attempt the challenge:
- you have 30 seconds to attempt to keep the hockey stick balanced on your palm or fingers
- start by balancing the hockey stick on your palm or fingers
- on the start command let go of the stick and try to keep it balanced for the whole 30 seconds
- how long did you manage to balance the hockey stick for? Did you manage the whole 30 seconds?
