Daily Learning

Thank you for taking the time to complete some learning tasks at home during the time that school is closed. We really appreciate your support in continuing with learning to support the revision and progress of your child.

Each day we will post a '5 a day', this is something our children love to do each morning. We will also post some ideas for Maths, English and Topic, linked to learning your children will have already been doing in school. We aim to post a mixture of activities that can be downloaded, completed online and also activities that can be completed off-screen. The daily activities we have planned for you should aim to total around 2-4 hours.

We hope you enjoy learning together home,

From the Year 3 Team :-)

Thursday 2nd April 2020

Good morning girls and boys!

Happy Thursday and Happy Easter Holidays! Thank you to all of you and to your grown ups for working hard on the activities and learning we have been setting and planning for you. The Year 3 team have really enjoyed thinking of a fun range of things for you all to do that link with our topic for this term.

Today was meant to be 'Mrs Dolan's Day', a day celebrating a special and lovely lady who meant so much to many of us. We will be postponing this day to later in the year when everything returns to normal. However, we want to celebrate Mrs Dolan's love for animals, so we have planned some animal learning for you to enjoy today!

We hope you have a lovely Easter break keeping safe, staying at home with your family having fun! If you would like to keep busy over the holidays, we have added some Easter craft ideas  onto the daily learning page. There are also lots of fantastic ideas on the 'On-going Learning' and 'Home Health and Well-being' pages to keep you busy.

We look forward to sharing more exciting activities and launching our new topic after the Easter break!

Take care everybody.

From

Miss Edwards, Mrs Thomas and Mrs Rees :-)
